For the 2024 HOA monthly assessment: $110.00 per month per unit.
Payments are due on or before the 1st of every month and postmarked no later than the 15th of every month to avoid any late fees (regardless of holidays or non-business days of the week). A late fee of $35.00 will be added to the monthly fee, with a 2% rate increase fee added to your balance each month until the balance has been satisfied.
The board may seek legal counsel on behalf of the HOA, to take legal action for collections and or other actions to demand payment, including any legal fees.
